For me the best way to grind the fragment is to do a Corsus adventure on hard. Do the two closest boss and reroll after that. I think the world boss gives 4 fragment and other bosses gives 3. I managed to get 25 fragment in about an hour that way. Plus, by doing Corsus you can get lucky and get the rusted amulet area for the 25 glowing fragment.

if you want to play in solo play please.. but playing as a team is so much more fun. the game itself is created in such a way that some things give health and a little protection to the players in the squad the very fact of such things already suggests that the game was created primarily for playing with friends.
