It's $1,400 cheaper, has 134hp vs 113, has a quick shifter and slipper clutch, ride-by-wire, and traction control. It even has a gear indicator. The Honda has none of those features. ABS is optional on both bikes. The Honda is 20 lbs lighter, but that's about its only advantage.
