You can spam refresh the co-op window (F2) and see if anyone set their signature to requesting help. Other than that, there's nothing specific. The official Genshin Discord also has a channel for co-op, I've seen a lot of people there ask for help with bosses/dungeons. Thank you very much!
Genshin Impact provides players with plenty of World Quests, which take place around the game’s world and range from combat missions to ones that involve gather resources, talking to NPCs, and solving puzzles. These can be completed by playing alone or in co-op mode.
If your increased World Level is a bit too tricky, after reaching World Level 5, you’ll be able to lower your World Level by one level through Paimon’s menu. This will lower the level of bosses and enemies throughout your world, though you’ll also receive lesser rewards for defeating them.
Normal coop rules apply to who can join your world from match making, so nobody of a lower world level will join and one of the main reasons why I do coop is to help lower AR levels complete it. People often overlook the second part or don't realise it exists as a mechanic.

Co-op is great for getting you back on your feet. It's rough when you're too under-leveled to take on bosses to get materials, but are under-leveled because you can't get the materials. Some other tips: Leveling up your weapons, relevant talents, and artifacts can help with damage output.
