To make bhop easier, a while ago, I used to bind to space bar a more complexe command, it's looked like : "+jump;wait 2;-jump;wait 2;+jump". It was terrific on local server, but useless anywhere else. I don't do that anymore and I just train with a regular setting in live matches.
