Certainly as quick as the EP3. The extra weight is negated by shorter gears, lower vtec at 5400 instead of 5800 rpms, and seem to dyno standard at 200 bhp plus, whereas EP3's werent making claimed 197 bhp. Handling wise - bit more composed and less 'manic', but all in think it is as good on the road.

Also supposedly, per my Honda dyno guy that I saw 2 weeks ago, if you replace the rocker arms and cams in the motor you have, you get 90% of the benefit to going to an RSX-S motor. Yeah, you can install exhaust rockers on the intake side, and then whatever the "big" VTEC profile is becomes your only cam profile.

I did some optional stuff (Type-S oil pump, RBC intake manifold) to make it better, but the stock swap would be pretty easy. You can use the ep3 harness, just change over a few sensors and extend a couple wires. I still have the 5 speed and I wish I had another gear for highway driving.
